Team Collaboration
Invite team members to your workspaces and collaborate on video publishing together.
Getting Started
To invite team members, go to your workspace settings and add members by email. They will receive an invitation to join your workspace.
Team members vs. clients
ShortSync supports two ways of bringing people into your account — pick the one that fits:
- •Team members — Full access to every workspace in your organization, including uploads, drafts, scheduling, and platform connections. Best for collaborators who help manage content.
- •Clients — Restricted access to a single workspace's platform connections only. They can connect and reconnect their own social accounts, but cannot see your videos, library, schedules, or settings. Best for agency clients whose accounts you publish to.
