Folders
More easily organize your videos. Group drafts, scheduled posts, and published videos into folders so your library stays manageable as it grows.
Turn folders on in Settings → Advanced Features → Folders. Once enabled, a folder picker appears at the top of the upload flow's last step and a folder filter shows up in the library. Folders are scoped per workspace, so each workspace keeps its own set.
Pick a folder for any video
The folder picker sits at the top of the upload flow's last step. Choose a folder (or create a new one inline) and your selection applies whether you Publish Now, Schedule, or Save as Draft. The same folder applies to every video in a bulk upload, and the last folder you used is pre-selected next time.
Filter & move in the library
The folder filter button sits next to the platform filter buttons at the top of the library and works across drafts, scheduled, and published videos. Pick a specific folder to filter the library, or All folders to clear the filter.
Each video card's menu has a Move to folder option for one-off re-filing. To move many at once, turn on Select videos, tick the ones you want, and use the Move (N) to… button in the action bar.
